It's like a 80% application, when the basic lvl moves at 30-40% or some and the GV finishers were the whole 100%.

While Gyaban main purpose on there was raiding treasure.
U might forget that HK including Sommers also still keep attacking Roger pirates to retrieve Shanks, that means even Roger and Gyaban failed to do any real damage cuz he still alive.
