For all of his haki glazing, Kaido COC never seemed particularly impressive, base Luffy was matching it and he has no destruction feat 1/100 of Gaban.
Paradoxically Kaido's strenght lied more and his fruit and versatility as a fighter.

If Rayleigh is a armament master same way Gaban is a observation master I’m excited to see what he can do with internal armament

1. When it comes to basic armament he can obviously coat his body with it, 100% has hardening, and most likely can use full body
2. For external we know he can coat weapons in haki and do the defense thing with his hands. Maybe he can coat his full body the same way Kizaru can too. I don’t see why not
   • I do believe his output will not be as good as king of hell Zoro or Oden with enma
3. For internal armament that’s where I think he’ll really shine. We saw him destroy explosive handcuffs but there’s definitely more to it. It likely has its own version of hardening but idk. Maybe he can coat his blade inside and out to make the weapon even stronger tho that does sound kinda boring

Realistically he should mid diff Teach too in terms of feats but I think Teach is his biggest narrative foil so he'll give him a better fight but he's not winning
