Mihawks in such a weird situation. Cause he’s canonically weaker than Roger and Whitebeard; however, Ray and Gaban in their primes are insane and likely close to those two.

So unless Zoro doesn’t surpass or even reach Ray until after fighting Mihawk, oda will need to get pretty creative with this

Shanks, Rayleigh and Gaban are obviously all are top notch CoC Haki users I think that applies for Garp too. Their usage of it are above that of Kaido and BM. Luffy still in the situation where he can use it only like Kaido.
Imu obviously has supreme CoC Haki as well but it seems he prefers using the flame. I don't know if it is being black is related to CoC Haki.
I think Sanji' flame will turn black as well when he uses it with CoC Haki
