1) why subbed worst into bitter slot and not into czeck slot?

2) you are very capable of hosting complex chaotic setup when it comes to TOS atleast so why went with shroud and coven?

Because I'm a rule follower. Czuek asked to sub first and Worst volunteered first.

The set up was kept simple because the roles were unfamiliar to me and the players. It was a test game to ses if the new and reworked roles would do ok here.
