Yeah, I never got why these guys are so weird about Naruto characters vs One Piece characters. Its blatantly obvious that the absolute top tier Naruto characters are WAY above anything we've seen from One Piece yet anyway, but these guys are so desperate for the regular Kage or Itachi's bum ass or even Madara (pre Juubi buffs, obviously)/Hashirama to he stronger than all One Piece characters. I don't get it. Lol.

At worst its arguable for a lot of them.

I don't know about that particular quote. The dialogue isn't in the translations I've seen, but maybe in the original Japense it might be a possible way of interpreting it? Nami does say something about how the immense scale of everything is making her dizzy at least.

Xebec easily destroyed one of the justice gates. That thing massively dwarfed Enies Lobby.
So yes, it's highly accurate about his power.

Well Mihawk effortlessly cut an ice berg which dwarfs Marineford. His feat ain't bad either, it's just currently kinda outdated tho. As the WSS, I do expect Mihawk to pull some crazy DC feats, if not Oda would be a huge clown otherwise.

There's one thing I really do like about Haki in One Piece: it makes it so ANYONE can be useful.

The random Shandian girl, Aisa, having Observation Haki with the same range as Enel. Hyogoro in Wano.

Gyaban just... being a dude, no crazy genetics, no crazy mythical squirrel... and still messing up Imu in a 1v1 a bit, is the one thing I really like about Haki.

It is a good equalizer.
