Fuji considers actions that hurt the alignment harmful. An investigation on scum is harmful. An investigation on town is not harmful.

I highly doubt I was blocked given I claimed I‘d be in Cairo and can’t be a Redirect/Bus Drive, so he must have been protected/have passive defense which in the former case points towards him being scum.

To be fair you did make an ordeal about how we should all go to the same location, this kind of reasoning is just ad hoc because you can't both genuinely believe in the benefits of going to one location and also want to change said location later on.

That said for my part I just let Fuji randomise it for me, I can't really be bothered with all this extra mech silliness.
