Because he's the King of the World...but nobody knows about it. So, in a series where ambition is a literal power, here's a guy who hides his position instead of inviting challenges to him like Kaido would.

And the point is, if the OP world knew, even if was very vague, there was a World King, perceptions of other characters would change. Would Whitebeard and Kaido be the World's Strongest Man/Creature respectively if knowledge of Imu was commonplace? Or Mihawk as the World's Greatest Swordsman?

But a character who rules from the shadows should be more like a Larloch figure then a Yamun Khanan, for those famillar with Fogotten Realms
