I imagine prime Kaido being to prime WB (if they were the same age) what Gaban or Sanji where/are to Rayleigh and Zoro. Xebec is a bit unclear whether he reached his full prime or not but his feats are still marvelous and there for anyone to see.

Kaido still ranks as a very strong guy, deserving of the WSC, but it is also due to guys retiring, aging out, dying and so on. At least he held the standards really high. Imagine if he didn't hold the standards for the next generation. Then who would have replaced him? Likely Doflamingo. Now I really like Doffy and think he is underrated but I imagine his prime would be around 3B if he had time to train and fight instead of keeping his family afloat and all his business arrangements + being scared of Kaido.

Loki is almost unknown to the world despite his bounty. In terms of notoriety it is hard to place these people (unless you strictly go by bounty) but no matter how you put it Loki is at the bottom in that aspect. Doesn't take away from his strength. By notoriety

So you admit you lied about Lucci? :milaugh: Do you even know CP can't fight an Emperor without an authorization? So they had a full back up from the government if they fought them.

Secondly, you realize Teach also fought Revolutionaries at the same time? Why should he run a gauntlet there without preparation or rest after he got want he wanted?
