There's still some important plot beats to hit. The location of the 4th Road Poneglyph. I think we also need an arc where the Blackbeard Pirates are the primary antagonists (Hachinosu arc)? Lodestar, and then Laugh Tale. Then massive final war arc. Given the amount of breaks Oda takes, I'd say we have at minimum 5 years left, definitely more like 10 years with this glacial pacing. There's so many open plot points though, that I have a hard time seeing Oda wrapping it all up nicely.
