Well old gaban performed much better that base loki with ragnir and lightning as well as dragon loki. The xebec FB established even DF less base loki to be above characters like harald who scale to xebec and roger.

This is definitely massively inconsistency from the power scaling set in flashback. Then fucking hajrudin of all people overpowered stronger form of imu. I don't think oda cares about power scaling anymore. Its time to stop taking powerscaling seriously anymore in OP.

your first mistake was thinking df less loki > ragnir > harald/xebec

harald never said he couldn't overcome ragnir, he never tried and refused xebecs wishes. Then after getting the HK boost he said there's nothing stopping him from getting the DF. Doesn't mean he would have lost to ragnir before the buff.

I wouldnt hold my breath for fleshed out fights for all the cast you typed btw, Oda is getting old and he only focuses on Luffy centric fights. The rest he rushes.

Zoro or gaban would cut Imu's tail off outnowhere if oda follow dbz way. I think zoro would cut Imu tail off to chase shocking moment after zoro get PU and mid diff Sommer as introduction himself to battle. Then Imu woukd get angry and Regan his tail.
