There's a lot of flaws with that ability. But then again, it's Togashi we're talking about. Such an exceptional ability had to come with a lot of drawbacks.

He really needs to learn all there is to know about Nen as soon as possible, especially Hatsu, but how? It's sad that it's basically a given that he has to die on the ship for being such a dangerous psychopath, but all that potential going to waste leaves a sour taste.

Besides, could he be the man Chrollo has to meet?

I think Togashi doesn’t really care to finish the manga

he just want to write the things he likes and that’s it

If he had to choose between finishing this arc properly like he plans to do and not writing ever again or « rushing » and not writing like HE wants to write and finishing his product to the end he would likely choose happily the first option

Finally i can really enjoy a manga story again lol. Tserried's ability is very specific and focused ability, i like it much more compared to Chrollo's and Hisoka's crowded skills

It’s just a Hatsu that’s directly tied to his nen beast. The formation of the ability and his creation of the nen beast happened at the same time

I'm not sure. But lots of things remain unclear for me.

The thing is that he is discovering it and usually specialist hatsu work through restriction and pledge. You don't find out about how your power works because you're the one who made the rules.

There is a panel in the chapter with the nen beast sketched that gives the idea that the time control power comes from it. BUT the fact that he needs to activate zetsu and whatnot gives the idea that he can have some control over it.

So you could be right, this could be just genius hatsu power because the second nen beast isn't even related to the ceremony thing. Second nen beast is basically just Tserri creating something through instinct.
