I asked him to remove the cap for receiving messages and keep the two whisper sending limi, so one cannot be forced to not receive whispers if others troll whisper him/her

The reason we had the 2 in and 2 out rule on OJ, was for scum to be able to abuse it on purpose. We probably should've accounted for the Worst types.

As a host I'm a fan of keeping the 2/2 rule still.
