King of Hell is triggered when Zoro allows Enma to suck him off unrestricted. He’s not consciously doing anything, instead he’s just letting Enma have his way with Zoros haki and CoC

Remember Sukiyaki already introduced enma as sword that could cut to the bottom of hell so marimo already knew about enma ties to underworld. The other swords didn't demand as much from him hence why only enma got its own sword style.
