The main goal is to stop Harald from rampaging and killing everyone on Elbaf. If Loki were too weak to do that, there'd basically be no point in eating the fruit. Harald would be unstoppable regardless
The best way to stop his rampage was eliminating the chance of him getting even stronger than he was. People will speculate on power levels forever with no conclusion when it really didn't matter because Harald was always going to let Loki kill him as possible. He didn't even use DF powers lol

Fujishiro

Its going to be daijobu.
Being the devil's advocate, gotta point out that the moment when Imu said "I failed to foresee what would become of those mere children at God Valley" indicates he had very little awareness of how strong peeps got post-GV.
Though doesnt the raw speak about how they became real nuisances to him, and it would make sense.

Ray/Scopper/WB protected and helped Luffy. Roger started the One Piece race, etc.

Yeah that seems to be what Oda is suggesting
Basically Zoro release a lot of haki in KOH mode and doesn't realize he's also using COC on top of COA
Actual retard tbh, even Luffy understood COC coating very quickly just by having Kaido uses it on him
They all said pinzoro was haki prodigy unlocking coc, advcoc and advcoa in one arc, in the end it was all enma :risistare:.
now sanjino boutta actually do it without a magic sword :risisure::risisure:

Doggo

Talent is something you make bloom.
Regen>gets countered by coc>regen merchant has coc>regen not auto countered by coc anymore.

Zoro gets enma>enma sucks his haki>zoro stops fighting it>enma starts sucking zoro's coc haki>everyone realizes zoro is leaking coc>zoro gets called out>zoro starts thinking about it actively instead of just letting enma suck him.

Are these really so hard to understand? Legit question due to some comments here.
Did agenda truly make everyone go into full special mode?
