Gaban and Shanks could've stopped Harald anytime if they truly wanted, while Loki got extremely lucky that Harald got his mind back the first hit.
The conclusion to be taken from the end of the flashback being Gaban/Shanks > HK Harald > Loki.

thats how you know you are on the right track, if the story gets activly worse with your argument your argument is ass 70% of the time. I only say 70% because One Piece story is ass so some time the braindead take is actually real

but this is literally one of few times where fanbase was made up of normalfags that somehow spread misinformation amongs themselves about holy bums can only be killed by strong enough CoC

All situations can easily be explained:
-Why didn't Roger pirates know about the hearts? Because Holyroppo were trashed aside easily so they had no reason to inspect them. If cutting head of doesn't work, no one actually thinks "gee, let's check his penis, heart, lungs...etc".
-Gunko's heart was fine after Usopp, it just fell down to her crotch.

Holy bums and Bumrosei were always ultra fucking fodder that set up to die with a gimmick like metal heart from the start.
