The Blade Of Azrael was used to eradicate @The Orca / The Spectator and with that his Cultists and him leave the game
The Spectator
"Why participate when you can watch? …Actually, why watch when you can build an audience?"
[Passive - Just Watching] - The Spectator is not a player in the traditional sense. He is a passive observer, present only to witness the chaos unfold. As such, he cannot be killed, lynched, or removed from the game by any conventional means. He cannot be voted for (votes cast against him do not count and are nullified). He cannot be investigated, tracked, watched, or detected by any ability. Any action targeting him simply fails with a Host message: "The Spectator is merely watching."
[Passive - Popcorn in Hand] - The Spectator has no need for voting power. He starts the game with a voting power of 0 and may not vote in lynch polls. He may still post in the game thread, comment, ask questions, and offer commentary, but his opinions carry no mechanical weight.
[Passive - Fourth Wall] - The Spectator exists outside the game's narrative. He is not aligned with Town, Mafia, or any other faction. His presence does not count toward any faction's numbers for parity checks (e.g., mafia does not need to eliminate him to win, town does not need to protect him). He is immune to all forms of alignment change, conversion, or recruitment.
[Active - Let's Watch a Movie] - The Spectator may invite a non player to join his audience. Once per day phase and once per night phase (twice per cycle total), the Spectator may target a player who is not currently playing the game.
The targeted non player receives a private message from the Host crafted by The Spectator, if they accept, they join the game and become a part of The Spectators cult, and they gain the following:
- A private chat with The Spectator and all other Cultists.
If they refuse, the Spectator is informed of their refusal and may target another non-player in the same phase (this does not consume the ability's shot for that phase). [2-shots per cycle, 1 day + 1 night]
--- [Cultist Abilities] - Upon recruitment, The Spectator may assign abilities to Cultists. The Spectator chooses which ability each Cultist receives at the time of recruitment. ( Only the spectator can use these asbilities )
--- --- [Whispers from the Balcony] - The Cultist may send an anonymous message to any living player via the Host. The message is untraceable and cannot be intercepted. The recipient may reply once via the same channel. [1-shot per phase; max 2 Cultists may possess this ability at any given time]
--- --- [Private Screening] - This is an exclusive viewing a private showing for an audience of two. The Spectator and the Cultist may initiate a private chat with any living player for one cycle. During this time, the players may converse privately. [1-shot; max 1 Cultist may possess this ability at any given time]
--- --- [The Critic's Review] - The Cultist may submit a fake write-up to the Host, which will be posted in the game thread as if it were an official Host announcement. The fake write-up may contain fabricated actions, false results, or misleading information. The Host will approve the content before posting.[1-shot; max 3 Cultists may possess this ability at any given time]
[Active - Audience Engagement] - Once per day, the Spectator may poll his Cultists in the private chat. Each Cultist must submit a vote on a current game topic (e.g., "Who should be lynched?" or "Who is the most suspicious?"). The Spectator receives the results of this poll and may choose to anonymously publish it in the game thread as a Host announcement. The poll results are binding only if the Spectator chooses to publish them. [1-shot per cycle]
[Active - Director's Cut] - Once per game, the Spectator may force a "scene change." He may choose one Cultist and have them perform an action that the Cultist does not have in their ability list. The Host will generate a random one-shot ability from a pool of unused role abilities and grant it to that Cultist for that phase only. [1-shot]
[Growing the audience] - The theater is filling. Whispers echo in the wings. Eyes watch from the dark. The show is no longer a solitary performance, it has become a movement. The Cult grows. The audience watches. And the Spectator, once a passive observer, now holds the script. The finale approaches, and everyone has a part to play
--- Coming Attractions - [Unlock Condition: The Spectator has recruited at least 3 Cultists] - The Spectator may peer into the near future and preview 3 upcoming actions that will be submitted after this action. He receives a glimpse of the actions'general effects ( positive / negative ). Upon receiving this preview, the Spectator can choose to do one of the following for each action:
--- --- [Stop] - The Spectator may completely stop the previewed action. The action is nullified entirely and does not occur.
--- --- [Cancel] - The Spectator may cancel the previewed action.
--- --- [Redirect] - The Spectator may redirect the previewed action to a target of his choice.
--- --- [Ignore] - The Spectator may ignore what happens and let the action be processed normally.
--- Box Office Hit - [Unlock Condition: The Spectator has recruited at least 5 Cultists] - The Spectator may declare a "Box Office Hit" on a player of his choice. The target becomes the center of attention for the following phase. All actions submitted during that phase will automatically target the Box Office Hit player instead of their intended targets (this includes actions from all players, including Cultists). This effect bypasses all immunities to redirection. [1-shot]
--- Final Screening - [Unlock Condition: The Spectator has recruited at least 6 Cultists] - The Spectator may end the game early. He may activate this ability to trigger a "Final Screening." All living players must publicly vote on whether to [Continue the Show] or [End the Show]. If the majority votes to [End the Show], the game ends immediately. The Spectator and all Cultists win. The remaining players (Town, Mafia, Indie) lose. If the majority votes to [Continue the Show], the ability is consumed and The Spectator and his cult will be game removed losing the game. This vote is binding and cannot be altered. [1-shot]
