That's a fake translation unfortunately this is the real translation. "Keep exuding his haki" meaning pouring some of his haki. Not ALL of his haki.
I don't think it is, nonetheless the point is the same, he starts pumping out haki at a rate that's detrimental to his health. That's the whole point of him having to learn to ACOC consciously, cuz he'll be able to control his haki output and avoid losing energy at a rapid rate.

It's not the same. Keeping exuding his haki is not the same as pouring ALL his haki. Keep exuding means he pours only some of his haki. Not ALL his haki.

Weebcentral website is the official translation not whatever website you're using. Weebcentral website uses the same translation as Mangaplus website.
"If I have to keep exhauding at this level" he means a incredible level of haki output that will eventually kill him.

Yes that means if he keeps pouring some of his haki. Where does it say in the manga Zoro poured ALL his haki at once?

A leaking pipe doesn't drain the whole tank instantly. Water continuously escaping still leaves water behind. Likewise, sustained haki output is a leak/flow from a reserve, not the reserve itself being emptied.
The drain isn't instant, however it is very fast, after a couple of good attacks Zoro is done.

Where does it say at this level means ALL of his haki? Continuous flow implies a controlled rate, not a total dump. If you were pouring all your haki, it would be a one-time release done. The fact that it keeps flowing means you're regulating a steady output from a larger reserve.

If the drain isn't instant that means Zoro did not pour all of his haki. He only poured some of his haki.
Garp and Roger literally used all of their haki reserves, yet they did a barrage of punches and slashes.
