It's the philosophical principle that "some people are meant for more". Now, personally you can agree or disagree with that, but here you can just accept this is the norm for Oda's PoV and move on.

King got bodued soon has Zoro coild weapons zero CoC. Basic CoC yea alot of people can beat you even preskip luffy had basic CoC

I really hope Teach doesn't actually have Conqueror's Haki and can defeat the others without it.
Fundamentally, the idea that you need Conqueror's Haki to be powerful isn't appealing; we need a few high-level characters who lack it, but unfortunately, such characters don't exist.

Bar some type OD hax you can't defeat the Lunarians in Flame on mode without it.
Hell it is even being regarded as a requiremnt for Luffy's strongest pillars to have.
Sure there's probably going to be characters that can compete with CoC users but without some OD hax if you're taking a CoC user at their absolute best against a regular character without it at their best, it's hard to see the CoC user losing given the way Oda's moving with it. Sure characters like King with OD hax can compete against a version of Zoro's that's wet behind the ears without it but even said King will absolutely get washed by post Elbaf Zoro.

It just feels like Oda's going with you're either special or not and there's not a damn thing you can do about it tbh.

The reason you can't defeat them without it is not because "they too strong". It's because of the immortal body that Imu's power bestow upon them.
The "special" people are the ones capable of going against the literal Devil's power.
It fits.

In the first place the whole point of Haki is to be able to counter DF users.
Imu's ability at the end of the day is a Devil Fruit ability. It makes no sense that only CoC can counter it.
Greenbull who clowned Yamato for instance has no way to defeat the HK but Yamato does, simply coz she is special even though Greenbull is several time stronger than her. My point is that regardless of how strong you are, you're always playing second fiddle to CoC users simply coz they are special regardless of how hard you work.
