Conquerors can lose to people who aren't conquerors, and CoC being the specific weakness to Maki, assuming nothing else is possible, doesn't change that.

My point is not that conquerors cannot lose to those who aren't conquerors but rather than conquerors are being made out to be "inevitable". In other words regular folks have less potential than those with CoC do. It's not simply a case of Conquerors are more talented but rather those without it can only go so far.
The CoC club is a club that comes with certain previledges that only those in that club can have.
For example something as simple as being able to put down scrubs like the Holy Knights as such said characters can never challenge the status quo regardless of how hard they work or how strong they get.

Greenbull beats Yamato atm sure but Greenbull cannot beat the very best version of Yamato if she ever gets to the upper echeleons of conquerors. Neither does he stand a chance at challenging the status quo that is Imu or even his bum knights.
