It's based almost entirely on his handling of Finalbeta, but there are other posts of his I mentioned earlier when I first floated the possibility that he could be Scum.
I don't like how Jew D. Boy was opportunistic on Finalbeta trying to lay the seeds for his Lynch from the very beginning, how he attacked him like a rabid dog at the beginning of this day phase and how he completely reversed position once he saw his Lynch vote wouldn't go through.
That's not really how it works. You don't suspect people just because they suspect. That's OMGUS and only really resorted to by inexperienced players.

What happened to your very strong suspicions on Finalbeta?

@Finalbeta goes from being your strongest suspect (you suspect him much more strongly than even @Marimo_420 and were hellbent on Lynching him) to not even making your top 3?!?! You were so insistent on lynching Final, but now he's no longer an interest for you?!?! The abrupt switch on Final is absurd and outright inconsistent. This is not Town behaviour.
Here's how I see it. You were opportunistic on Final and thought you could get him Mislynched through his bad play and tunnelling on Drago the previous day. However when you saw we weren't biting, you quietly dropped your suspicions on him and moved to other players (myself (an admitted independent) and Mel who some were suspecting). However, this is not pro Town behaviour. A Town player would not abandon suspicions on a player they thought was Scum just because others refused to Lynch said player.
I'm locking @Jew D. Boy as Scum.
If Nat flips Scum and our Vig kills Marimo tonight, then Jew is my top Lynch for tomorrow.

Youโre mistaking being sure about his allegiance with wanting to lynch him, and thatโs not the case here. Can anyone say that Final tunneling Drago DIDNโT lead to him being lynched? The mislynch could have been directed at ANYONE other than Marimo...and yet, it happened to be the guy who Final spent all of D1 trying to rally us to kill. If it wasnโt him, perhaps it was done to frame him, which would work considering the circumstances; if it was, do I really need to explain why itโs a terrible strategy and a dumb outcome??
However, the rest of yโall are convinced heโs town. Why, exactly? Meta? Final canโt be read and acts the same as town or scum. Actions? He tunneled Drago, a townie who ended up dying D1 when no one else wanted that. Reads, his or yours? He has none, and all of yours specifically have been wrong this game. What am I missing here?? Why is Final cleared when thereโs less than zero evidence to suggest heโs helping town?? Donโt forget, he also sussed Queen as OMGUS after she mentioned the lyncher thing, then she also died and flipped town. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, Finalโs 0-2 and cost us two townies that are significantly more helpful than he ever is.
Was I supposed to keep my vote on him?? So either I vote him with absolutely no support and look suspicious because youโre convinced heโs town despite no concrete reasons to do so and EVERY reason to think he isnโt, OR I change my vote to the popular sus because I believe LC has something more tangible than your nothing and I STILL look bad to you. See how you paint me into a corner? How you can cast any action of mine in a bad light? This is textbook scum behavior, and youโre pulling it off quite well. We already know YOUโRE not town, so Iโm not sure why anyone would believe you here...
No suspicions of mine have changed. Iโve said for a while now that I think itโs Marino and Mel with you as anti-town, and Nat must be part of it based on LCโs assertion. However, if Final ends up being scum, every single one of yโall are gonna catch these God damn hands.
Let me point something else out -
If the lynch was redirected, wouldnโt it normally be at the person with the second most votes?? So wouldnโt Cin have a better chance of getting lynched in Marimoโs place instead of Drago, who had the third most votes?? How does it happen that the third choice bites the dust?? Unless someone can CHOOSE who gets the lynch redirected and would have reason not to let Cin die...yโall tell me, based on this and everything else weโve seen this game, does it seem like Cin is interested in helping town at all??

Not particularly, since I think they may have done the same to frame Final, she just happens to think the same way about a different person. I have yet to see a truly convincing case on Tris being scum, but I guess I canโt rule anything out completely.

Still doesnโt explain how Cin specifically escaped the noose, especially since he would have been the more popular choice AND evidently has a wincon that involves NOT being lynched...youโre a sharp guy and a great player, Noctis; we have motive and opportunity here with Cin to prevent his own lynch while redirecting it from likely mafia. Tell me with a straight face that thereโs no fire to this smoke.
