Zoro was going for Sommers' heart. Sommers spent the entire fight shitting himself. Zoro used ACoC a few times during it. How's Sanji stabbing Killingham to go for his heart directly?

Killingham was already taunting Sanji if he was able to use Haoshoku. Zoro ALWAYS could fight Sommers. Sanji CAN'T fight Killingham.
