She indeed has the qualities but i think why most disagree its ... just like the Sanji's situation we viewed his ideals as non CoC qualities. If most have agreed on Ussop its because he clearly shows signs just like Zoro.

I think it was obvious east blue 5 would awaken CoC especially since zoro got it

Was it really that obvious ? i for one have only believed in Zoro and Ussop until Wano i added Sanji but nami never even gave me the impression until last chapter.

Cabbage is interesting i still think i need to see more of him. As for Hakuba he was just way too fast. So that does not count.

Which could set the precedent for Moria and Perona's awakenings, since they both went against their better judgment to confront BB on his own island for the sake of Absalom and Moria respectively.

I was talking within the what-if concerning Ulti.
If Ulti's stubborn personality and her standing up to BM despite the odds is ground enough for her to get CoC, then Moria and Perona faced even lesser odds when they went against the entire BBPs to rescue their nakama.

If Ulti's stubborn personality and her standing up to BM despite the odds is ground enough for her to get CoC, then Moria and Perona faced even lesser odds when they went against the entire BBPs to rescue their nakama.

i get what your saying but Ulti and Perona are way too different. In 1 side you have someone who stayed true to herself even after being beaten by both Yamato and BM and 1 who folded many times in order to escape the situation she was in.

As for Moria he seemed to have been sure and full of himself at some point but after his defeat against Kaido he seemed to have been broken and no longer thinks that "he" should do anything but "people" do for him.

I am unsure about Law. Koby is a 100% at this point thanks to Luffy.

As for Franky.. hey why not but he seems to be more grounded than Sanji. And yes i am comparing both since their characters backstories presented conflicted issues about their roles and self blames etc.

The path Oda develops Koby seems to make people think he is going to to have CoC. That is pretty much possible, but he same weakness as Sanji. He sacrificed himself for the marines in the face of powerful people like Akainu and Blackbeard. Unless he can overcome it in the future, else he won't awaken it.

I am unsure about Law.

I think he unlocks it as I'm 100% sure he'll need to fight Imu to undo his immortality in the final war
