Yes, Kaku is a true genius when you take awakening into consideration, even better at his DF control than Lucci. Still, Lucci is portrayed as the apex predator of CP9/CP0, just as Shamrock is being set apart from the rest of the Holy Jobbers and put on par with Shanks.

Jabra, on the other hand, has been entirely forgotten.

It's shameful how out of a group of elite assassins, only a a leopard and a giraffe can be salvaged, with the rest being genuine punching bags. The sexy segretary. The fat weirdo. The long-haired weirdo.

I forsee a similar fate for the HKs.

Shamrock obviously still has a role to play.
If he doesn't die here, Sommers will return as a comic relief, being cruel for no reason.
Killingham might be entirely forgotten.
Gunko fits the eye-candy spot.
If other HKs will be introduced from the CD families, they might also be fodder, just outlines to fill up the group for the Revs to have something to do.

That is, unless IMU recruits Doffy into their ranks :myman:
