Sanji did not show any hints of CoC because he was rejecting his Genes....remember CoC is something you are born with. He rejected what he was born with.....becasue he was trash...yeah oda just say this is the reason.

He is harder to put down than Marco
Has max speed faster than Sanji
Largest AoE of all commanders
Lethality of magma
Physical monster

There is a reason King and Queen were portrayed basically the same by Oda and also had similar bounties.
