Stronger than Prime Rayleigh and Gaban, just after intentionally controlling CoC haki? That's absurd.
Oda just happened to create a loophole with HKs writing. It's inconsistency that even strongest of Legends including Roger couldn't kill HKs, but noobie CoC unlockers can. The solution that only by targeting the heart with CoC haki kills them- is bullshit. Surely in years of skirmishes some random attack would've connected to the heart.
Probably some OP defenders will be able to explain this anomaly.

Right, let's not compare young fighters who possess advanced Haki—and the most powerful Haki of all, ACoC, with Admirals who are novices when it comes to Haki, possessing only the basic types and perhaps one advanced form. @Elder Lee Hung

Brother, what are you trying to argue
1. Nami didn't call him iron, either. He's obviously tougher than normal, especially compared to her body. By this logic you should be comparing him to adult Momo.
2. Sanji clashed with Jabura, Lucci, and Blueno. When he ran into Vergo, he could immediately clock a Tekkai user.
3. None of this is related to his eyebrow. When his genetic powers first showed up, neither did they. He doesn't turn his Germa genes on and off and even if he did, you can't tell by his eyebrow
