And we don’t know second or third yet, regardless, Van Augur will be stronger than any BBP who beats lime juice or whatever else their names are so Usopp is going to fight stronger opponents than just about any non M3 SH

Straw Hats are way more balanced than most of the other Yonko crews.
Kaido has calamities/flying6 and a whole bunch of whoevers.
Big Mom has Katakuri, Cracker, 2 other sweet bozos, and a few commanders worth noting, but also 95% of whoevers.
WB's crew 3-4 commanders worth anythiing and also a bunch of whoevers.

Aside from Nami/Usopp, every single SH can reach a decent notoriety with their powers. Franky freaking one shot a VA in Egghead. Dafuq does the navy do about him if not send an admiral? lmao.

Usopps strength relies in his ingenuity, marksmanship, and his artillery. He’ll be able to beat individuals way stronger than him like Perona was with them. That way he can remain the weakest but stillbe a bigger threat.
