The most obvious answer would be that KH fused with Sanji's Nightmare, if true would be pretty dope. That is what i was hoping for KH ability, is that he can effect himself with his dream power.
So either it's an Okama lmao or Stealth Black.

It has to be stealth black because thats what Sanji feared to turn when he asked Zoro to kill him post Queen fight.

Honestly, that would have been a better trigger for Sanji's repressed memories to return. If Killingham was an okama, or if Sanji fought an okama HK, this flashback would have been justified.

By the way, if the nightmare looks like a gag monster, i dont think Killingham would have made a fusion with it. If Killingham decided "oh shit lets start a fusion" then it might be because he thinks his summon looks strong
