Are you still denying that Oda is just wasting time till 1200? This chapter might be the worst case:
Hybrid Loki is still being silhouetted for the second time, for 3 chapters
Imcel still has gotten to do nothing for 3 chapters
I feel like I should repeat. The King Of The World was introduced a few chapters ago and Luffy is in front of him, and Oda is just offscreening it after having Gaban hype him as unkillable and saying they'll run away
no conclusion on Zoro vs Sommers
The letter Lilly left is still "that thing"
no resolution on the obvious Gunko turning good plot
Instead we get like the third chapter entirely about Sanji's Coc without him showing it. Oda didn't even spend this much time on Luffy's COC, and Zoro's COC was like a footnote in Wano

The craziest thing is that Oda wasn't this autistic about starting the timeskip at 600. He also even rushed fucking God Valley to get to here. genuinely wtf

Believe me, I called Oda out for unnaturally twisting the narrative to hit certain targets in Dressrosa and in Wano, but there's 0 evidence of that here. Everything you're mentioning is within the natural flow of the story.

Yes, but no one would slander Goku’s previous villains for being weaker than a Goku who could hypothetically use UI at that time. Pre-Elbaf Zoro is still stronger than Pre-Elbaf Sanji because mentality is baked into Sanji’s power level. It doesn’t really matter if a hypothetical Sanji with the mentality of a Conqueror would have been stronger than Zoro. It’s like saying that Big Mom with good battle IQ could beat any Admiral.
