Yes as a block to CoC??? Literally Zeffs words in Baratie about the spear of grit, and Sanji “chewing his own spear for no good reason.” Is exactly what this is talking about

I’m saying the ENTIRE circumstance that Sanji finds himself currently in is leading to this awakening.

Sanji is at a moment where the country connected to the dreams of people he loves (Usopp and Luffy) is in danger, women and children are screaming and crying, and the only people who can help are those with CoC which means he has no choice but to deal with his issues now to awaken it.
