There are always delulu fans on both sides. To any sane person who's been reading OP for years it was crystal since day 1 of Kaido & his YC introductions that Luffy will fight Kaido, Zoro will fight King and Sanji will fight Queen.. whatever clashes here and there (like Sanji vs King and Zoro vs Kaido) were just clashes.
As a Sanji fan, would I like Sanji to be on the roof and clashing with Kaido? Yeah, but we've got the worst gen vs 2 Yonko. Sanji got his minute of fame clashing with Kizaru.
Oda being Oda is very consistent in glazing wings here and there, but he does it differently: Zoro gets all the aura farming feats, and Sanji gets all the character development ones. Don't like - don't read.

Again, its not really regeneration you're talking about here. Its about them just not taking crazy damage to begin with. I used the Reiju thing because getting shot a singular time took hours minimum to heal from, if you can get past the exoskeleton and do legitimate damage (the Candy Jackets were just an example of a weapon made to punch through tough armour; its not like they are the only thing capable of that). And in the context of this fight (and even tbis chapter), Sanji has gotten stabbed multiple times by Longinus, so even if he can easily brush off the times he's been slammed through buildings/donkey kicked (pretty fucking rude of Killingham, that one), I don't think he should be healing from the stab wounds in this fight?
While i agree, like haki and other abilities Oda refuses to explain, something doesnt add up for me:
Queen specifies that his attack works through pressure, internal pressure to be in fact, that ruptues someone organs, we know that the, at least regular germa, exoskleton (from your own bullet shot example) can be pierced and it doesn't instantly heal.
We also know Queen was not shocked at first when sanji came out of his attack, meaning a totally crushed and deformed human is the expected result of that attack. That does mean he, to some extent, raptured/crushed sanjis organs. Which is not plausible with how well sanji fought afterwards + he was already up and running and fighting way before the raid even ended (as compared to luffy zoro who were out what, 2 weeks or so?).
For me, those interactions clearly read as though he had some enhanced internal regeneration
