Dragon has so little presence lately that I totally forgot about him, but yeah, makes sense. I was thinking Kuma because of their shared past, but then again, Kuma already sacrificed himself.
Kudos to Kuma for sending Sanji to Ivankov, in a hindsight it was indeed a brilliant place for him to learn not only fighting styles and recipes, but also an importance of self-love. And it still took him another couple of years and facing Germa + Luffy going back for him on WCI + fighting Killingham to finally start realizing his self-worth. It's all very relatable, such traumas are never healed in one day.
You'll never guess what arc I think Dragon will be big in.
I do think Iva is talking about Dragon, since he's effectively Iva's Captain. I DO think Ivankov's criticism of Sanji is also criticism he's had for Kuma for years, but hasn't been able to relay to him because of Kuma's circumstances.
Kuma sending Sanji to Ivankov really was a goat move. I used to complain about it, but I feel way better about it after this chapter. Still have issues with Oda's portrayal of Okama, but I just don't want to get into it anymore, I feel like everything that's been said has been said.
Good point in that Oda really did take his time dealing with Sanji's trauma.
I believe we'll see the Revs here soon. They should know the Straw Hats are on Elbaph due to Morgan's reporting, and the Revs will want to see Luffy, Robin, as well as Kuma and Bonney. Also, I think they'll be focused on protecting Bonney, since she's target due to her control of the Pacifista.
Between Luffy, Robin, Kuma, and Bonney, and Dragon's God's Knights comments, if Dragon doesn't show up here, it's because something else serious is going down with the Revs.
