Character Discussion Ivankov the Conqueror

[Monkey D Theories]

Yeah it’s practically confirmed at this point.

Iva:

• Is King of his own island
• Wants to protect Dragon with his life and follow him to the end
• Has a powerful sense of self

If Iva’s training is what ultimately helps Sanji get CoC, it’s very clear what that means of Iva.

Can we stop with this clown shit? CoC is for the elite of the elite. Every CoC user in their prime is either Top Tier or near Top Tier.

All of Marineford was shocked when Luffy had CoC

Iva is a strong guy, but nowhere near the level to justify CoC.

Where does it say that you have to be a top tier to have Conq Haki?
Also do you think only top tiers will fight the Holy Knights?

I didn't say just Top Tier, but even those who are near (Some Gorosei for example).

What about Chinjao? Do you scale him very high in youth?

Lmao Katakuri a top tier

[Monster Zoro's Tesla Supplier]

Lmao Katakuri a top tier

He believes Doflamingo of all people is a top tier so yeah not a surprise

[sanjikun]

Obviously. If he has 90% of Post-GV Garp's physical strength, he's obviously at least Low Top Tier.

Garp was basically ~ PK level and still practicing to fight Chinjao.

[sanjikun]

Lmao Katakuri a top tier

Katakuri was an undefeated legend and will replace Big Mom as the new leader of his family. Learn to the read story.

And read what I said. Top Tier or "near Top Tier". I don't consider all the Gorosei Top Tier, but they're all close at least.

Katakuri is neither top tier nor near top tier

Reminder that Cracker was also undefeated before Luffy came along. In fact, nobody even knew his real face until Luffy got there. So..

[Crow]

Every CoC user in their prime is either Top Tier or near Top Tier

Neither of those tiers would get obliterated along with their VC by a single swing.
Also Kataboi,
Doffy,
The Goat Enjoyer,

The list is long

Why not though ? Ivankov has a kingdom, is one of the top generals in one of the biggest organisations and gets followers everywhere he goes; checks all the boxes.

[Fujishiro]

Iva isnt a Conqueror imo. Open to be wrong though I mean Chinjao had it.

Katakuri is neither top tier nor near top tier

You can cry all you want, but he is the successor to Big Mom.
