Only kizaru and aramaki other admirals are coc users.about law idgaf he is not important. i hope the next level of coc going to be real otherwise we should measure size of coc lightnings
Garp and Sengoku directly state in the Rocks flashback that the world government’s full military contains 10s of millions of soldiers. We also have direct statements of CoC being a 1 in a million trait which means that statistically it’s actually harder in the OP verse to become an admiral or fleet admiral than a a generic CoC user.
The TLDR here is that CoC alone wouldn’t even make someone qualify for the admiral position so it’s extremely unlikely some of the admirals don’t have it, which is also demonstrably true since Sengoku literally had ACOC while being an admiral in canon.

That is the best supporting evidence you can bring out, ROFLMAO
I dont want to count how many panels Admirals have been shown fighting but its probably near a hundred and never have they shown ACoC. For supposed establisehd 'top tiers' thats pretty big sample size.

Has Sengoku ever shown ACoC (he probably should have) but we really want to define which Admirals are in question here? Oda could have at least given Zephyr CoC.
