So how did gatekeeping conqueror's haki from Sanji and Gaban turn out? 
Sanji was just too far behind Luffy and Zoro, its good Oda decided to give him the same PU two arcs later
But Sanji is part of the main cast and a growing young character
Admirals are in their 50s
How many people expect Jinbe to grow more in haki, unlock ACoC or 49 year old Kata to unlock ACoC now.

Sanji honestly didnt need ACoC. He was doing fine without it. But Oda gave it to him cuz wings parallel and it was prob planned since Wano. If anything exoskeleton + ACoC sounds better on paper than meito + ACoC
Some admirals can have it. You can bet FA Sakazuki will have it all this time, same as Mihawk situation. Kuzan maybe. Other admirals like Kizaru prob not
Law will likely awaken it. Even if not his DF is already busted enough to do what ACoC does to HKs. ACoC just secondhand amputate. Imu needed ope powers to become immortal. Ope is the do-anything fruit at this point, and Law has strong enough haki + DF prowess to counter HK and ACoC users

Projecting eh, this is only a sad day for glizzy swallowers known as Zolo fans. Sanji fans did not only get acoc but confirmation that Sanji will forever be Zoro’s equal due to recent developments.
Elbaf has been a disaster for Zoro fans:
- Zoro’s top 1 AP circlejerk thrown out the window when Imu tail diffed his KoH attack and Sommers easily overpowered him with Gram.
- Dragon Damnation confimed below Loki’s mere lightning bolts since Imu himself can’t use Gram to overpower Loki. Powerful dfs by themselves still completely shit on Zoro’s haki feats.
- By extension, 5 years of King wank also down the drain. Zoro’s AP was just trash yc1 level all along. Loki while cuffed can legit kill King with one lightning bolt.
- The introduction of Gaban and the Wings dynamic reinforced over and over again.
- “Sanji will not get acoc”
- Sanji confirmed to be mentally nerfed the entire time so y’all can’t even downplay past bad showings.

Yeah the Admirals should have CoC based on these panels all along, most people just missed the implication, including myself

The Nusjuro vs Zoro clash is as good of an evidence for Nusjuro having CoC, as Garp vs Kuzan for Kuzan having CoC?

The problem is believing that Chinjao met Sengoku, Teech, Kong, the unknown admiral(s), Akainu, Kizaru, Ryokugyu, and Aokiji when we haven't seen it. He made no mention of familiarity with Fujitora.
Even if you assume that Admirals need CoC to qualify, that doesn't excuse pirates (like Buggy) and doesn't account for Aokiji not showing CoC in his fight with Garp.
