Of course they could end up just being fodder background characters given Lolda’s track record with Vice Admirals, but I don’t see why Oda would introduce 3 VAs that have Admiral codenames and are even based off of famous Japanese actors just to have them do nothing. It would feel weird if he never completes the Zodiac circle atp

Ironically ID guards were hyped for their crazy endurance
Or Luffy is the opposite. Like yeah he's durable in G5 but it also last like 5-10 minutes max before making him a sitting duck
