you probably didnt read my comment properly... I said while Kinemon cant apply equal force to Kaido's breath Kinemon can use Technique to overcome it while others like Mihawk and Oden who dont know fire cutting can overcome it by pure force if they are able to generate enough force

Yeah I have no issue with Kinnemon cutting Kaido’s attack. This is still the same Kaido who casually one shot Boundman. Situational abilities and events are keeping the Scabbards alive, which is fine. It’d be boring if everything was some black & white fight.

Not true, 2 sword style ha Rushomon which is basically upgraded version of Shi Shi Son Son

Plus more swords Zoro has, more competent he is, he has literally commented on that again and again. Even all the way back in EB when Sham and Bucchi were overpowering one sword Zoro but 3 sword Zoro neg diffed them.

Not to mention one sword Zoro one shotting that Dragon on whom Haki G2 attacks were useless on
Oh and one sword Zoro did better against Fuji than Luffy did with G3.

One sword Zoro overall is G2/G3 Level while Santoryu Zoro is G4 boundman level.

Even in wano we saw this w killer. Zoro won only when he had 3 "swords"

Not sure why Oda thinks it’s a good idea to continue to embarass Wano’s main antagonist before he even faces off with Luffy again.

Jack being defeated shouldn't be too surprising, in the last chapter we saw him taking heavy damage from the other Sulong Minks and after that he had to fight Sulong Inu and Neko at the same time. Even if Jack is defeated I'm pretty sure his defeat is only temporary and not permanent, and that he will regain consciousness soon and be back in action again.

Because at the end of the day, most readers should understand that these are nothing more than small victories in favor of the protagonist. It's an effective writing tool utilized by countless writers as a means to give the readers false hope. Stuff like this is meant to be dissected at a micro level and be used to power scale. There is nothing wrong with it, or the writing, only something wrong with the way people choose to interpret it.

If you can’t comprehend why someone who lost to Law and is fodder to Zoro cutting a Yonko’s attack isn’t embarrassing then I’m not sure what to tell you. It’s not rocket science.
