It's not like he is going to die anyway because people saying that they want to die tend to survive and to live without real injury after in One Piece. Especially when he still has a wife to reunite with.

We know New World and even Paradise, natural disasters on Sea are insane, they basically wiped out shikis fleet. Mihawk has no jolly Roger, no sail, no helm, just a little raft.

He probably controls weather with his advanced CoC

Ace was able to make on the seas on his own for a while ... Mihawk can do the same

but with Warlords hunt down? we'll see

Aces novel literally reiterates what is in the manga which is Garp using same word for Yonkou that someone would use to describe political power.

Otherwise Aces novel is contradicting canon knowledge of Mihawk > Shanks in that case that statement is invalidated.

DB says Mihawk > Shanks
Manga says Mihawk > Shanks
Manga also tells us Yonkou are most power but not individually strongest.

Aces novel leaves the room for debate, doesn't specify what it means to be the strongest.

But one thing it confirms, Shanks is a swordsman who uses his sword when CoC is useless which as manga shows his CoC is useless on non fodders.

Yeah its impossible for me to accept Shanks > Mihawk because its a retarded notion.
Its also impossible for me to accept Marco > Prime WB.

Shanks < Mihawk is not a debatable opinion, its a fact showed to us in manga, reinforced again and again in manga and in databooks.

here is the root of all problems .... when one claim something wrong and act as if it's canon

Novel said Yonko are strongest in all terms of power as a pirate , personal and man powerwise , both

denying that is not even logical

DB put Mihawk above Shanks in swordsmanshio
Manga never put Mihawk above Shanks and gave him far less good on screen feat
Manga show us Shanks = WB


so when Yonko are called STRONGEST PIRATES .... manga needs to specify what it means
but in a world where no one called Mihawk above Shanks
WSS title don't need to specify what it means

and this is not "double standard" to you?

Wano :

● Zoro in a defensive mode low diffed The puppet of Hawkins who surpassed his limit to deal with two supernovas ( he took three dolls 30% of his life )
● Zoro low diffed Killer he couldn't react to onigiri let alone shi shishi sonson .
● Nitoryu Zoro fought on equal footing against Kyoshiro .
● Zoro tamed enma while no scabbards could do that but they could injure Kaido .
● Nitoryu Zoro tanked Apoo's hax ability while luffy fainted .
● Zoro blocked drake's attack ( spoiler ) and wants to fight Apoo .
VS :

● Sanji used the Rs that he hates so much and despite that he couldn't injure PO the weakest F6 and he ran away .
● Sanji got tailed by the slowest form and most useless one of Drake .
● Sanji was astonished when he saw Zoro cutting the coastline but he never saw Zoro cutting Pica's Golem like nothing .
● Sanji with Rs got overpowered in a direct clash against base King ans he was sent flying to a building while he screamed about him being dead from a hole in his belly ; he tanked that attack because of the Suit but he fainted for a few moment while king ignored him and went to deal with the bigger fish .

My though, Jack standing up next chapter again and fight both Duke, while the rest of the Scabbards fighting Kaido, so when Luffy will be up and reach the top, he will see all Scabbards get defeated by Kaido and Jack, so we could get Luffy promise to kick Jack ass(ala new Blueno fight) and then we getting Kaido vs Luffy and the others(Kid,Law).
