Orochi said scabbards are very strong and fear them like the hell(Orochi have Kaido by his side)
During Oden flashback Kin’emon kept Kuri free from Kaido Pirates (Kaido could have sent King or Queen there/or not)
Scabbards fought King and Queen plus thousands of Kaido Pirates
Ashura and Denjiro fought Kaido and weren’t captured

How weak people can actually do that?

Kinemon and the scabbard never hyped up as yonko commander level in any form. Even they bitterly struggled against king and queen in flashback.

Twist. There's nothing in the story saying Hyogoro cannot hurt KAIDO. All you need is Ryou. Done.

Now Luffy can hurt KAIDO too. Now Zoro can hurt KAIDO too. Twist upon twists.

Nah. Kin'emon was recognised by Doffy already in Dressrosa. There's no "Hiding identity" or whatever.

Kin'emon is the same strength now as Dressrosa. Doffy was stronger than him then as he is now
