Jack got an army and giant to back him up, and he still got defeated in minutes

The characters he defeated are just random nameless and non highlighted minks which doesn't really help his case

One of them matched base Luffy without Sulong.....and Luffy is immune to Lightning

yes jack has all the tools to reach his level . he's 2 yrs older than law mate. serious potential, whether the author chooses to expand on that is anyone's guess, but jack has been the most impressive calamity.
no one thought he would beat neko and inu
but no one thought he would go down after the entire mink army was wiped out. jack's action reduced kaido's task to just the 9 red scabbards rather than a whole mink army in sulong.

Some one said he must save energy to fight Kaido, yet jump out and attacked Drake doing useless thing when he supposed help his Captain.

From the start of Onigashima Raid, sliced one building, running away saving his life with Luffy, sliced one number club/mace, there nothing pretymuch going for this guy so far. The only moment he doing something good in this raid beating one of calamaties in the future.

I guess Odas plan was too Showcase Neku and Inu against Kaido himself instead of Jack...... I guess Kaidos gonna be really fucked up by the time Luffy gets there, which makes sense to justify a Yonko actually being defeated.
