X Drake literally just used Excalibur, an attack that he’s only ever used in the games.
In the games Shanks uses a gun.

Kaido/Queen hasn't been on panel as much as jack. Jack has been around for multiple arcs. He always fights in Base or full zoan. And Queen won't have too. Shrinking down to human size would be stupid given his fruit gives him ridiculous mass/strength
