Yep, its a 3 way street between Viz's app claiming the 16th (3 weeks from now), their website claiming the 11th (2 weeks from now), or just them being entirely wrong and its:

Something is off here, at least on Viz's end. They could be right about 10/4 not having a chapter, but that worries me because that is super out of the blue and Jump has yet to announce that, yet Viz is making these changes.
