This is a fantastic start to Act 3. I feel somewhat sad for the Scabbards. Oda really nailed the tragedy aspect from the get go.

Not to mention this isn't the only cause of tension since something went down on Luffy's side too. Perhaps Zoro confronted Luffy when he heard about BM being present in Wano. Since he knows they don't have enough men to deal with another Yonko. Not to mention he has no knowledge that a portion of her crew came along too.

God this is amazing build up by Oda

2. Nine scabbard vs kaido veterans
3. Minks vs gifters
4. Whitebeard remnants (at least 1 yc level opponent)
5.wild card (katakuri & Co. I. E a faction of big mom pirates)
6. Kid pirates, Hawkins & x drake

Oda is overdoing it with the silhouette with Oden.
It's getting annoying to a point that revealing his design EVEN if it was epic design, he will not receive as good of a feedback as if he didn't overdo it.

Remember Kawamatsu's design? people were like "his design must be super awesome" or "he's super ugly or weird"
Turned out after the overdoing of his Silhouette with Kawamatsu that his design was good and unique, but "meh" not something you would overdo the silhouette with!

Oden is the same. He should stop doing that, it simply is ruining a flashback where all character's faces are being drawn. It kills the enjoyment of reading the chapter when a specific character is covered with silhouette while all others appear normal!
