Why Oda doesn't simply hire someone to draw at his place if One Piece is so taxing? And why he get involved in the live action? Pride? He could still design the new characters and draw basic storyboard

If Chapter 1000 happens OFFICIALLY in the first jump issue of 2021,

the same scenario as chapter 967 will happen.

We will get scanned Chapter 3 weeks earlier (End of December ~27-29th) because stores receive magazine mega early that week.
So we get Chapter 1000 scan in 2020 still

Anyway Oda is always 5 or 6 chapters ahead if it's really important for them to hit 1000 this year they can release 3 chapters at once and just be ahead 3 or 4 chapters
