Character Discussion Why is Sabo overrated?

Sabo is a replacement which were not needed. Fans accepted Ace death, Luffy also recover his life back with the help of Jinbei. No need Sabo. It is one thing you make another brother but you make follow the dead brother ways. Sabo shouldn't eayt Mera mera fruit, he need his own fruits. His dragon claw should matchup with probaly west dragon since Kaido is east dragon. Following Ace route doesn't give excitement to a new characters. Plus Oda probaly recycle Ace will get executed for Sabo with how Reverie ended. Recycling idea where has excitement in that. Just like Wano is 100% Alasbasta with bigger participants. Meeting prince/princess in early of journey GL/New world. Even Dressrossa has similiar objective freeing a country from a villain and restore the Kingdom

I think Sabo gets overrated because people jump to the assumption that an equal clash means equal strength. Both mentally and physically, Sabo was displayed to be weaker than Fujitora at Dressrosa.
And chapter 956 making it seem as if he's dead (in reality captured) makes the claims of him being "admiral level" even funnier. However, Sabo does have the ability to hurt Kaido since we learned he had the type of haki necessary to hurt him back in Dressrosa.

Thank you:finally:

Based on the showings each of them have Law's best feat is cutting Vergo and making his Room big enough to cut a mountain range, though the latter sapped some of his life energy, and Vergo was too full of himself after Doffy got done sucking him off. Zoro had to lift a top half of a mountain, which is still one of the most impressive feats a Supernova ever accomplished

Zoro and Sabo has shown capabilities of CoA that Law can only dream of. We still haven't even seen Law coat his blade in Hardening, and I'm suppose to believe Law's magic tricks can make up for such a glaring flaw?

Law's physical strength leave much to be desired. A little gravitational force from Fujitora was more than too much for Little Law to tough out of while Zoro brute forced an attack despite all the disadvantages he had in a gravity demonstrably more powerful than the one used on Law. Law could barely touch Doffy and needed Luffy to distract Doffy to land anything significant, meanwhile Sabo actually gave Fuji trouble, more than what Law has ever done thus far.

Law has done nothing noteworthy and he's only talked about because of his potential, not because of his actual capabilities.
Its funny how you say Law hasnt done anything noteworthy as if Zoro has been defeating Yonko Commanders or something lmao. Every Supernova would have finessed Doflamingos Executives in Dressrosa, they werent top tiers or anything lol. Also Before Gamma Knife theres literally no panel of Luffy hitting Doffy without Laws help lol.....infact Law did more damage against Doffy than luffy did before Doffy got Gamma Knifed.....They needed each other in that fight dont try to downplay Laws contribution. Its ridiculous to even compare Law and Zoro when fighting Doflamingo and fighitng his underlings is a MASSIVE DIFFERENCE . Against Fujitora Law used his fruit to escape, Zoro used his strength. Thats how they fight......Vergo was physically stronger than Law too but that didnt stop him from getting chopped up lol.

Also even after Gamma Knife Luffy had to enter G4, couldn't finish off Doffy in 20 minutes of fighting and needed plenty of people to stall Doffy.
Luffy is also overrated.

Damn your post made me realize that Sabo not going serious against Fuji is just horseshit

btw of course Sabo can't "sink" Dressrosa though . but his Admiral lvl version will be able to burn all of it
Besides the literal evidence on pages in which you see him struggling against a pretending Fuji, it is ludicrous to think that Sabo, after reuniting with Luffy more than a decade later, and seeing an Admiral targeting him, would go "let me feel this out first".

Sink is just a synonym for destroy, meaning Sabo ain´t got no AoE enough to destroy a whole island, heck not even town. Even Ace´s Flame Emperor did not have that, since Banaro Island is little a fraction of small sized island.
Only awakened Sabo would have that, and i doubt he achieved that in the short amount of time.

Those who prop Sabo up as some super strong guy, I laugh at you. He's not anything special from the other Rev Army. Which they themselves are a major disaster of disappointments.
Fuji had no chance of losing.
Sabo is nothing but a teacher's pet, a hollow shell of a character that doesn't belong. It's utterly distasteful that he's considered a brother to Luffy and Ace, where the real bonds actually are.

Ya , since Ace didn't seem to achieve it after years with Mera2 . hell Luffy himself doesn't have Awakening yet
Banaro Island is little a fraction of small sized island.
i always view Banaro as a small island , but "a little fraction of a small island" ? that might be an exaggeration

Yep

Look at Banaro Island, you literally had the stone formations on the edges, and a small town/village BB absorbed in one go with black hole in the middle. The BB Pirates ran to the edges after BB told them, and they were literally in easy viewing distance.

The village people who ran away were still literally this close

And Flame Emperor, while definitely looking cool, was only this size

Now compare that to Zoro cutting Pica and Luffy´s KKG.

i see now . maybe Flame Emperor grew when it clashed with Teach's attack though

As much as I hate Sabo and Revolutionary army, but my scaling in power for them goes like this:

- Sabo Alone = YFM level
- Sabo with (Ivankov Tension Hormones + Bello Petty cheers + Dragon's wind which increases fire) = Admiral/Yonko

Dragon alone = Avarage Admiral/Yonko

Dragon with (Belo Petty cheers + Ivankov Tension hormones) = Strongest man alive

So basically, for me, I have two scaling for the Rev commanders, a scaling when they are on their own, and another one when bello petty and Ivankov give their cheers and hormones as a trump card mid-fight!
