General & Others Whos the best leader in the strawhats and why?

Nah, he was forced to do that. Stop bitching and baiting and realize that Luffy would have tell Zoro to shut his bitch ass down just like with Nami to shut up when he knew that wasn't his true feelings. Nami also don't have right given how she betrayed them and took their ship and Robin who force them away and use her powers too. If so, why haven't Nami and Robin treated the same? Cause they were forced dumbass, not their true feelings like Usopp atm.
Zoro also is horrible leader he got Yasu killed by attacking officials after being told not to and raise Orochi's suspicions on plan. He also failed to contribute to the plan making him a huge hypocrite as wasn't he the one who said 'BE SERIOUS! WE ARE IN NW NOW!' yet the idiot didn't hide Shusui and got caught when told how precious sword is to the country.
Luffy, Sanji, and others would call him off and bash him for ruining the plan so badly out of him. Law even roast his ass on what he was doing too.
Don't give me Zoro 'knows how to lead'. His running gag is getting lost on simplest directions and blame on others. Leader have faults and face them, Zoro can't even accepting his own like this one.

Jinbe was a captain of his own, for a very long time, and the scene at WCI with his crew should be a testament of his good leadership, he is experienced and knows how to remain calm, he would be a very good asset to the strawhat crew i believe, if only he wouldnt be dead already 
Brook was also a captain of his own, though im not sure he now is serious enough to be even considered as an option...
Franky got the aniki stuff going for him, and seeing him being straight forward with luffy about not giving a fuck about his decision and that he would help the tontatta no matter what could be aspiring to some, i guess.
I dont have anything to add on the usual suspects like zoro or luffy.

Yes it does. Luffy commented on Ziro getting lost and he is able to go to locations before him, just he rather experience the adventure overall on his end.
She was going to kill everyone especially his crew dumbass. Cake works best to divert her and save everyone. No one could physically stop her at the time at all.

1. Zoro : He's seen by the outside world as the V.C of the strawhats and he is usually the one who tells Luffy when he is wrong. His courage and wisdom in my opinion makes him the best leader in the crew.
2. Jinbei : He was once a captain of the Fishman pirates and he has many years experience on the seas. When Luffy was trapped in darkness after Ace's death, it was jinbei who led him back out. His experience and wisdom make him the second best leader in the crew.
3. Luffy : Although Luffy most of times acts like a complete idiot and child. When things get serious Luffy always knows right from wrong and it's his courage in most situations that leads the SH's in times of need. His courage and strength are his his best leadership qualities, they literally make it impossible for people to not want to join his side.
4. Nami : She in most cases is a coward in terms of battle but her loud mouth and brash attitude is useful to the crew especially when she's leading in terms of navigation.
- The rest all have their own special leadership qualities but these are my top 4 leaders in the crew.
