General & Others Whos the best leader in the strawhats and why?

My opinion: Zoro as an overall most balanced leader (as Shishio already said), Luffy is the best as the captain of a pirate crew - Jinbe is (was) a incredible captain too-, and Vivi the greatest as a ruler of a kingdom and a diplomat. Usopp, Sanji and Franky also have some leadership qualities (Usopp "Pirates", Baratie and Franky Family).

Nah he got feats, but I am waiting for how credible Zoro is in Killer and Gyukimaro as those fights made him faint in one of them.

So Sanji said « hey little dude,never give up, I’ll buy them for you » and them proceeded to buy the supplies and give them to the kid. The kid grew up and was later known as Leonardo Da Vinci.

So Lanji said « Chotto chotto, akiramenaide, watashi wa anata no tame ni sorera o kaimasu » and them proceeded to bake a cake and give it to the kid. The kid grew up and was later known as True God Moe. 
Eh, I'll probably get some heat for this, but oh well. Looking through this topic just now I must say I don't think Zoro is a perfectly balanced leader. Zoro is a half of a whole with Luffy being the other half. Zoro has the motivational drive and the focus to get his crew through tough times, but he lacks a bit in the compassion department. Likewise Luffy is super compassionate and charismatic, but sometimes full on compassion is a detriment. So Zoro is a great driving force behind Luffy, but on his own I don't think he is perfect leader by any means. Likewise I can't see Luffy making to the end without Zoro; someone's got to reign in Luffy's air-headness after all.
