Take note that its not always the case. Vol 95 did tease Roger but 94 just showed that Onimaru was a transforming fox. 93 was just Yasue about to be executed.

90-92 had some good endings (arriving in Wano, Kaido's dragon form, BM arriving in Wano) though.

Or its an unknown character. Izo specifically being the person is reacting to it is off base. If its Jack, it would have very likely been Inu/Neko reacting to him, not Izo.

After seeing Sanji and Luffy fight Tobi roppo i dont see how people can think the weaker strawhats can defeat those guys. Sanji in a 1v1 altercation looked like the best he could do was Mid Diff Page One. He couldnt low diff him. Even luffy couldnt make quick work of those guys, Luffy was about to use Gear 4 on Ulti. And it doesnt matter if he was using gear 4 for both of them or not. The fact that he was going to use gear 4 is enough to say these characters are too strong for weaker strawhats.
