He took with his body in Monster Point a attack from Prometheus in his rampage mode, saving his crew's ship and everyone in it of be burned alive and sink in ocean as pile of burned wreckage. Prometheus is a living sun with the soul of one of the most powerful characters of One Piece's universe,making his fire deadly and troublesome for even Mihawk and the admirals. Take his attacks and survive requires not only the highest physical power,but also the highest will-power to sustain the pain and damage. Chopper proved have both,as he was able of keep Prometheus busy until the cake for Linlin arrive.
And was showed during all New World how Sanji is weak both physically and mentally, making him incapable of do what Chopper did.
Chopper is better with girls than Sanji is.
Sanji's lecherousness and sexism always scares and annoy girls he infatuate over. And is a recurring sad joke about his character that, even when he develops a bond with a girl, he is fated to never have a love story with them,as was with Viola and Pudding. And girls Sanji bond with never are great characters.
Chopper's cuteness and sweet personality always lead the most hot and cool girls to became fond with him. The main example is Robin herself. She immediately loved Chopper when joined Straw Hats and became his closest friend.
Chopper's opponents are better than Sanji's.
Gedatsu: He is a very comical and yet a stern man. After his defeat, he managed in build a new life of a both comical and efficient way. He also, totally unlike Sanji, Jabra and Absalom, has a way with woman, as was revealed in One Piece Stampede that he is in a love relationship with Baccarat, the beautiful, sexy and cool worker from Gran Tesoro,the world's biggest entertainment city.
Absalom: He was a shabby and poor people with immense lust. He tried became a lady-killer of a extremely lazy and artificial way. He wasn't a great and skilled villain in life and lose his life as a unimportant character by the hands of a superior villain team.
Kumadori: He has a theme of kabuki's character and martial arts warrior,and also has a dimension with his personal life. Unlike Jabra, he is easygoing and don't get bothered by his mates.
Jabra: He is insecure and jealous of Lucci and Kaku's superior power. He has a bad way with woman, as his girlfriend turned him down for a better man.
Chopper's Time-Skip was better than Sanji's.
Sanji spent Time-Skip in a place that is a opposite reflection of his sexism. That place only made fun of him, and so far,not showed to have improved his character.
Chopper spent Time-Skip in a place equal to himself: A mix of modern society and nature. Chopper showed in Fishman Island how he evolved his power in that place.
