She can only do it to animals, yes. She probably can do it to the F6, Calamities and Kaido, but they'd have to be super incompetant to eat something like that or not see it coming.

Actually excited to see Wanda's Sulong. If it has a significant design, it can make or break Carrot's "chances" as a Strawhat because so far Carrot has had the most unique looking Sulong out of any mink, if that is Oda's intention. The only one that would be left would be Bepo, and I doubt he can control it.

Edit: Not saying that it would detract Carrot's chances, just that it will be used as an argument for detractors. I still think she was separated from the rest of the Minks and had her personal story with Pedro for a reason. If other BMP arrive and other characters fight them, then it entirely normalizes this fight with Perospero because both the Beasts Pirates AND the Big Mom Pirates could be going down this arc.
