Since all have their own logic based on their headcanon and personal predictions, let me give a try.

Zoro wants to go and help Kinemon and dont waste time with Apoo.
So, we would have vs Kaido and Jack these people:
-Luffy, Kid, Law, Killer, Zoro, Denjiro, Ashura, Inu, Neko, Raizo, Kiku, Kinemon, Kawamatsu, Izo.

Meanwhile vs King, Queen, WW, Black Maria, Apoo, Hawkins, the other 6 Number, some others Headliners, some Gifters we have:
-Drake, Jinbei, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Brook.
(Hyogoro and his fodder army vs the enemy fodder army).

Wouldnt that make Sanji, Jinbei and Drake look way better than Zoro? Xddddd
